“The hotel looks truly beautiful both on the outside and inside, but the rooms are not as shown in the photos. If you get room 106 like we did, expect a long and narrow room with one high window and a door that leads to a section of the hotel roof covered with gravel, which serves no purpose. If it rains, be prepared for an unpleasant smell from outside. Below the room is the back of the hotel’s restaurant, which operates until 11 PM, so you can smell pizza and hear staff conversations and the clattering of dishes until late in the evening. On weekends, it's harder to find parking if you're arriving at the hotel in the evening. Breakfast is mostly sweet-based (cakes, croissants, and other pastry), salty options are poor. What really saves the whole experience is the staff, they are genuinely kind and always ready to help, and they deserve 5 stars.”

“Nice hotel, my room was correct. The staff was very nice, and take care of you (asking for laundry, electrical adapter and heating). The breakfast is tasty, with different cakes. I hope I can come back next time.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and food was good. The only issue we had was with the price of the laundry which we had trouble with anyway because the dryer would not actually dry and the washer pods got stuck. Our issue was them increasing the price when we went to check out but we stayed firm and thankfully I just happened to have proof of the original price! Glad it happened at checkout because I would have been uncomfortable staying knowing they do things like that to their guests! The picture of the dryer shows the sign on top stating €10/load for laundry then when we went to check out they tried to charge us €15/load even went so far as to change the sign on top of the dryer!! Luckily I had this picture since I had to translate the buttons when using it!”

“A quiet and charming villa with very responsive staff — I asked for a late checkout and got it with no problem. There’s a pizzeria restaurant nearby with equally lovely staff. Breakfast was solid — no complaints at all. The only issue was the sound — the central staircase is tall and makes the building quite echoey. I guess there’s not much that can be done about it.”
